The Georgia Conference of Home Inspectors is your resource for industry-standard home inspection training. Upon successful completion of our 2 week training course, you will be certified and ready to work as residential home inspector in the state of Georgia. Our professional trainers will guide you through the all areas of one and two family dwelling home inspection.


Our instructors are approved by Georgia Real Estate Commission for Continuing Education and certified through the International Code Council, Association of Construction Inspectors and the Southern Building Code Congress International.


This course is recommended for those who desire a career in home inspection or who are looking to establish a part-time business. This course also qualifies as continuing education for real estate professionals, mortgage and financial consultants and licensed appraisers. No experience is necessary to register for the course, and students benefit from networking with a group of motivated professionals in several different industry areas.
